RETURN POLICY

Our policy has a duration of 14 days. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



Multiple types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or medical use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products




To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)


* Books with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or some parts are missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.



Refunds (if applicable):

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or deny your request for reimbursement.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received your refund yet, please double check your bank account.

Then contact the entity that issued your credit card as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.



Changes (if applicable):

We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@lamy-boutique.com.




Gift cards:

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.



If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and deliver it later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. and they'll know you've returned the item.




Shipment:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.



Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.



If you are shipping an item over $ 75 (or its equivalent), you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
